Nord-Lock wheel nuts safeguard the tyres of professional vehicles by maintaining a high clamping force even in extreme conditions. They secure the wheel mounting and maintain the requisite clamping force.
The wheel nuts are suited for the following applications:
- Heavy road vehicles (buses, trucks, trailers, etc.)
- Off-road vehicles (tractors, agricultural machinery, mining machinery, forestry machinery, military equipment, etc.)
Advantages:
- Prevents loosening caused by vibration and dynamic load.
- Improves driver productivity and reduces operating and maintenance costs.
- Minimises the risk of accidents and damage.
- Prelubricated.
- Excellent corrosion prevention: Tested for 600 hours in accordance with ISO 9227.
- Delta-Protekt KL100 coating and friction control coating VH 302 GZ.
- Strength class 10.
- Meets the requirements of EU directives 2000/53/EC (ELV) and 2002/95/EC (RoHS).
- Reusable (depending on operating conditions).
