SKF Food Line plummer block units have been developed to provide a complete range of hygienic and highly efficient bearing unit solutions for the most demanding food and beverage industry environments. These solutions are specifically designed to exclude foreign materials and reduce the spread of bacteria, offering solutions to many food safety challenges. The new pre-lubricated and frequently washable bearing units also address many traditional maintenance issues.

Food Line plummer block units are available in the following series:
- P2B = Plummer Block Unit
- P2BT = Short Plummer Block Unit

Food Line plummer block units are available with housings made of composite materials (C designation following the series label) or stainless steel (SS designation following the series label). Bearings can be chosen either in galvanized (ZM post-label marking) or stainless steel (SS marking).
