- Extruded general-purpose grade
- Applications: General material in machine building. Used in parts exposed to abrasion, rolling,
or intermittent shock load. Gears, drive pulleys, sprockets, racks, slide rails, bearings, clutch parts, scrapers, worms, sealing rings, eccentrics, and other general machine components.
Properties: This material offers an optimal combination of mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness, toughness, damping properties, and wear resistance. These properties, together with good electrical insulation and chemical resistance, make PA 6 an excellent general-purpose material for mechanical construction and maintenance.
- Chemical resistance: pH range 4-12, highly resistant to oils, fuels, solvents, etc.
- UV resistance: Good
