- Extruded general-purpose grade
- Applications: General material for machine construction. Used in parts that are exposed to abrasion, rolling, or impact loading. Gears, driven wheels, sprockets, racks, slide rails, bearings, coupling parts, scrapers, worms, sealing rings, eccentrics, and other common machine elements.
Features: This material offers an optimal combination of mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness, toughness, damping properties, and wear resistance. These properties, together with good electrical insulating properties and good chemical resistance, make PA 6 an excellent general-purpose material for mechanical construction and maintenance.
- Chemical resistance: pH range 4–12, resistant to oils, fuels, and solvents
