PA 6XAU+ D105x85x2000mm Ertalon

Usage areas:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and sliding guides, as well as in machine components exposed to wear, continuously at temperatures exceeding 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and other machine and equipment construction parts.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with a very high density and crystallinity. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing a continuous operational temperature of 105 °C and briefly even up to 120 °C. Minimum operational temperature -30 °C. The cast material enables manufacturing of large and complex parts.
