PA 6XAU+ D190x160x1000mm Ertalon

Applications:
- Special material for bearing applications.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and sliding rails, as well as in machine parts exposed to wear at temperatures consistently above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and various machine and equipment construction parts.

Properties:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a heat-stabilized cast PA 6 grade with very high density and a high crystallization degree. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and even momentarily up to 120 °C. The minimum operating temperature is -30 °C. The cast material enables the manufacturing of large and complex parts.
