Product Applications:
- Special material for bearing use.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and guide rails as well as in machine parts that are exposed to wear at continuous temperatures above 80°C (RH 50%). These include gears, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, and various machine and equipment construction components.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 quality with very high density and high crystallinity. Compared to regular extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and temporarily even up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material allows for the manufacture of large and diverse components.
