PA 6XAU+ D90x70x2000mm Ertalon

Applications:
- Special material for bearing use.
- Suitable for use as a sliding surface in bearings and slide rails, as well as in machine components exposed to wear, constantly at temperatures exceeding 80°C (RH 50%). These include gear wheels, drive wheels, wear-resistant seals for cylinders and pumps, etc., parts of machine and equipment construction.

Features:
Ertalon 6 XAU+ is a thermally stabilized cast PA 6 grade with very high density and crystallinity. Compared to standard extruded and cast polyamides, Ertalon 6 XAU+ offers excellent temperature resistance in air, allowing for a continuous operating temperature of 105 °C and momentarily up to 120 °C. Minimum operating temperature -30 °C. The cast material allows for manufacturing large and intricate parts.
