Only ESD versions: surface resistance of 10^2–10^4 ohms compensates for controlled potential differences between the user and electronic components. ESD plastic tweezers withstand prolonged use at temperatures up to 130 °C, with short-term use possible up to 190 °C. The ESD variants made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic are highly flexible, fatigue-resistant, vibration-dampening, and water-repellent, and they exhibit good chemical resistance (to most oils, greases, fuels, and apolar solvents).
