SF 800 EUR is an innovative plastic pallet that combines the dimensions and properties of a traditional wooden EUR pallet with the durability and hygiene of a plastic pallet. This one-piece molded pallet, featuring three closed legs, is specifically designed for automation and intralogistics environments. The edgeless plastic pallet is suitable for various types of loads, including irregularly shaped or oversized products that would otherwise not fit on a bordered pallet. Edgeless pallets slide and transfer more smoothly on automated conveyor systems because the edges do not catch on the machinery. The absence of edges also allows the load to be placed right up to the edges of the pallet, maximizing the available space, especially for large logistics loads. The lack of edges also makes it easier to arrange large or stackable loads across multiple pallets at the same time.
