SF 800 HYG ESD is a heavy-duty ESD plastic pallet made from virgin plastic, suitable for use in clean rooms, among other applications. Thanks to its smooth finish, this pallet is a perfect choice for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The surface resistance ranges from 10⁴ to 10⁸ ohms. The pallet is also highly compatible with automatic conveyor systems. The 7mm high edges provide a low barrier at the pallet's borders, helping to prevent loads from shifting or sliding off the pallet. This improves safety, especially when the pallet is being moved or exposed to vibrations.
