Powder MoS2 S Spray 400ml

Powder MoS₂ S spray is a dry lubricant based on molybdenum disulfide powder, made from pure, natural molybdenite in such a way that the original structure of the material is preserved. The product offers excellent performance over a wide temperature range: in air -180…+350 °C, in hydrogen atmosphere -180…+700 °C, in vacuum -180…+1100 °C and in inert gas up to +1300 °C. The spray reduces friction even under high loads, is resistant to chemical influences and adheres well to metal surfaces due to the high affinity of the material. It improves the friction properties of pressed materials, enables economical use even in low-mass parts and does not contain abrasive ingredients. In addition, the product is non-conductive and non-magnetic.

Powder MoS₂ S spray is particularly suitable for cold forming and dry lubrication in situations where oil or grease lubrication is not possible. It is especially intended for small parts and mass production pieces. Before application, the parts to be treated are cleaned and degreased with a solvent. The powder is then evenly applied to the surfaces by spraying. Small parts can be coated in a drum treatment after phosphating.
