Fasteners Production
Etra Fastener Production produces technically demanding special fasteners based on the customer’s drawings. These include bolts, U-bolts, screws, studs, washers, and nuts. We use modern machinery and automation in hot clenching forging, CNC machining, and thread rolling that ensure efficient production and outstanding quality. Our quality assurance protocol also includes high quality materials, measurement logs, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspections testing, pulling tensile testing and impact test, and other material testing methods. Material certificates and classification society certificates are available for our products upon request.
Our main customer segments are the process industry, paper and forest industry, chemical industry, shipbuilding, energy production and mining industry. Our location near the Helsinki-Vantaa airport and the Vuosaari Harbour ensures fast delivery channels around the world.

Material certification for raw materials used in our production is always available for each melting batch number. Available certificates: PED 2.1, 2.2, 3.1 and 3.2. We only work with the best and most reliable material suppliers to ensure the highest quality products.

- Measurement documentation on all products.
- Profile and surface quality measuring
- NDT: magnetic particle inspection (MT), dye penetrant inspection (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT)
- DT: Hardness testing, tensile, bend and, impact testing, and metallographic analyses.
- We also arrange inspections by classification societies for the products we produce per to the customer’s requirements: ABS, BV, CCS, CR, DNV, GL, KRS, LRS, RINA, PRS.
