Quick inside caliper 20-40 mm

The Kroeplin H220 is a mechanical measuring instrument for quick internal measurements of drill holes, grooves, internal grooves, and similar internal dimensions in the range of 20-40 mm. With a scale interval of 0.01 mm and a maximum permissible error of ±0.03 mm, it is ideal for accurate reference and quality control measurements in production and engineering environments. With a maximum measuring depth of 85 mm, the gauge can also measure grooves and bottom holes: the maximum groove depth is about 7 mm, and the minimum measurement width of the groove is approximately 1.5 mm. The measuring contacts are made of carbide balls Ø 1.0 mm (1 fixed and 1 movable), ensuring durability and suitability for metal surfaces.
The instrument has an IP65 protection class, that is, it is protected against dust and splashing water/coolants under normal machine shop conditions. The dial has adjustable tolerance markings which allow a quick check if the measured value is within the set limits. The swiveling housing of the body makes it easy to mount the gauge for reading from different angles.
Supplied with a wooden or protective case and a factory certificate (test certificate) confirming the accuracy of the gauge. Typical applications include checking internal diameters of machined bores and grooves, checking fitting dimensions, and quality control of serial production of parts in situations where a traditional depth gauge or internal micrometer is not practical.
