Rail system Alurail-L

The Alurail L horizontal safety rail is an ideal anchorage point for rope access, fall protection, and systems that prevent access to fall hazard areas for 1-4 individuals. It is suitable for use in industries, aircraft hangars, maritime environments (ships, lighthouses, ports, etc.), building facades, wind turbines, and the chemical industry.

A variety of fixing solutions are available for attaching the rail to structures. The spacing between fasteners can range from 40 to 600 cm, depending on the intended use. The installation can be carried out on ceilings, walls, floors, or other suitable structures, with the installation height depending on the location and purpose of use. Bends can also be made in the rail.

The eight-wheeled trolley, serving as an anchorage point for personal protective equipment, runs smoothly on the rail, regardless of the installation height, position, or the passing of corners. Depending on the application, one or more trolleys can be placed on the track.

The system is installed by an installer authorized by the manufacturer. The authorized installer will determine the periodic inspection interval of the system, the frequency of which will depend on the severity of the conditions (1-4 years). The installer may train a representative of the client company to carry out the periodic inspection of the system in question.

Max lifetime: unlimited, requires periodic inspection.

The Alurail L system is individually designed for each site and meets the following standards requirements:
- UNI EN 795: 2012
- CEN/TS 16415: 2013
- UNI 11578: 2015

Warranty: 10 years from the date of installation.
