A powerful and durable reciprocating saw with high cutting speed for professionals, ideal for spark-free cutting of metal. It features a powerful, long-lasting, and maintenance-free brushless motor powered by a Makita 40V XGT® battery.

This narrow tool model offers excellent ergonomics. Operation is facilitated by a variable speed control switch with a range of 0 – 3,000 min⁻¹. The speed can also be limited with a separate adjustment dial within the 1,000 - 3,000 min⁻¹ range. Additionally, working ease is enhanced by a sufficiently large on/off switch, two LED work lights, a wide suspension hook, and a spring that speeds up blade changes by pushing the blade away during replacement.

The JR002G is equipped with Makita's AVT (Anti-Vibration Technology), which effectively reduces vibration transferred to the user. The Makita XPT system provides excellent protection against water and dust, even in the most demanding conditions.
