Application
When you find a position that matches your skills and interests, submit your application through our application form.
In addition to the information you provide in the form, you can attach a separate CV and a freely written cover letter tailored to the specific position.
After the application period has ended, the recruiting manager, together with an HR representative, carefully reviews the applications and invites the candidates who best match the position's requirements for an interview.
Interview
Our application process usually includes 1–2 interviews, involving the recruiting manager and an HR representative.
During the interview, we aim to gain a clear understanding of how well you match the open position, the future team, and our work community.
Duration of the Recruitment Process
The length of the recruitment process may vary depending on the position, which makes it difficult to provide an exact timeline.
However, we strive to keep all applicants informed about the progress of the process.
Once the process is completed, we will contact all applicants either by email or phone.

We are constantly developing our operations and ways of working.
I started at Etra in 2007 as a data entry clerk. It was a fixed-term six-month position doing basic office work – my goal was simply to gain some work experience for my CV, even though the job didn’t match my education. Now, I’ve been with Etra for nearly 18 years.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked in many different roles: as an office employee, team leader, specialist, and most recently as a manager.
I’ve had the opportunity to travel around Finland, visit our different locations, and work closely with both suppliers and customers.
Etra has truly provided me with opportunities to grow and develop professionally.
Sanna Sudenmieli – Warehouse Coordinator – Logistics Center, Hämeenlinna
The best things about Etra are the flexibility, the opportunity to improve our operations, the chance for personal development, and the support from our managers.
I started working at Etra’s logistics center in June 2012 through the recruitment agency Sihdi and transitioned to Etra’s own staff in December that same year.
For around ten years, I worked as a warehouse employee in various teams, learning many aspects of warehouse operations — including incoming goods reception and operating automation systems like Kardex and AGB01, where I also served as a team leader for a period.
Since the beginning of 2023, I’ve been working as a Warehouse Coordinator with a wide range of responsibilities.
I find my work meaningful, and I feel especially satisfied when my work helps and supports other teams and managers.
My journey at Etra has also included some special side roles, such as ergonomics representative and chair of the well-being committee.
I’m also part of the core team for continuous improvement in the LC warehouse — a fantastic group with its own style and a socially safe atmosphere, for which I’m especially grateful.
I look forward with excitement to what the future still holds.
Venla – Master Data Specialist – Logistics Center, Hämeenlinna
The best thing about Etra is the people.
I started working at Etra’s warehouse in 2022 with a permanent position.
My work involved a variety of warehouse tasks, mainly related to incoming goods.
It didn’t take long for me to realize that the best part of the job was the people around me – unique individuals who, over time, became close friends.
In 2025, I moved upstairs to the office at the Logistics Center after applying for the role of Master Data Specialist.
I thought it might be a great opportunity to apply my skills in a broader way – and to meet new people. And I was right.
Now, I work as a Master Data Specialist in the office, surrounded by wonderful colleagues and a relaxed, positive atmosphere.
