Refractometer 0-18% Brix (ATC)

This refractometer is designed to measure the concentration of dissolved substances in liquids, in particular their sugar or soluble solids, expressed in °Brix. It is an easy-to-use and versatile tool for professionals in the food and juice industries, home producers, honey producers, and for industrial and technical applications. The instrument is equipped with automatic temperature compensation (ATC), which corrects measurement errors due to temperature during operation. The body material is made of full copper, which makes the refractometer very chemically resistant and significantly extends its lifetime compared to conventional aluminium-bodied models.
