Remote surface monitoring cap

EMIL-LEVEL is an innovative level sensor cap equipped with a laser sensor, designed to measure the liquid level inside a tank with exceptional accuracy and safety via remote connection. The device sends measurement data directly to a cloud service, which relays it to the user’s device via a dedicated application (Android - iPhone). Its operating principle is optical sensor technology: thanks to state-of-the-art laser technology, EMIL-LEVEL provides continuous and precise fill level measurements and ensures maximum reliability under varying conditions.

The device has been developed especially for quick and easy installation. It requires no cabling or external power source, operating completely independently with long-lasting batteries. EMIL-LEVEL is suitable for diesel and AdBlue® fluid and is compatible with a range of different tank sizes and types, such as:

- Mobile tanks
- Fixed storage tanks
- Generator units

With NB-IoT / Cat-M connectivity, integrated GPS, and a separate English-language mobile application (Android and iOS), level monitoring is possible anytime and anywhere. All data is transferred to the cloud service, keeping the application up to date and enabling real-time status monitoring. The system/sensor cap also allows tracking of the tank’s location, making it easier for businesses managing multiple vehicle fleets or worksite tanks (for example, forestry companies, mines, transport operators, farmers).
