The RSB injection capsule is a pre-dosed reaction capsule that is economical and practical for single-point fastenings. RSB is a resin capsule of the Superbond system, capable of achieving high pull-out values. An ideal solution for challenging conditions and installations, thanks to its fast curing time with no long waiting period. Approved for use up to 30 °C. Also approved for use in water-filled and diamond-drilled holes. Suitable for anchoring in both cracked and uncracked concrete C20/25 – C50/60, as well as in dense natural stone. Provides excellent pull-out strength. Suitable, among others, for heavy steel structures and façade constructions. CE/ETA Option 1. Fire-rated R120. C1 class for seismic loads. The injection anchor is installed using a hammer drill and the tool provided, by striking and twisting the capsule. RSB reaction capsules require cleaning of the drilled hole before installation.
