This MAX version is designed for users with larger-than-average head sizes and those who wish to wear thicker winter headgear or helmet hoods. It fits head circumferences of 60-66 cm, and the sizing can also be adjusted for height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X fits 52-63 cm). Engineered for industrial use, construction, electrical work, rescue applications, etc. The helmet allows for the quick attachment of various face and eye protectors with a simple click, thanks to the EasyClick fastenings. There is a slot for attaching a name tag or headlamp without a band. Side integrated easy-to-use clips facilitate headlamp attachment with a forehead strap. At the back, additional slots provide easy access for carrying corded earplugs. The sides feature notches for cup-style earmuffs. Inside at the back, there are attachment points for different neck protectors, and an already installed label for the user’s name and phone number is provided on the exterior. The outer shell is made of HD polypropylene, making it lightweight and exhibiting excellent shock-absorbing properties—particularly in colder temperatures. The shell is more abrasion-resistant and easier to clean than conventional materials. Inside, the EPS honeycomb structure protects the head using D-Core dual-material technology: A high-density top layer safeguards against threats from above. The lower section features low-density material against the head, providing comprehensive protection from potential threats from other directions. This level of protection cannot be matched by helmets relying on strap structures. Minimizing contact areas against the head and providing ventilation channels between the shell and liner enhance comfort. The harness keeps the helmet secure even in challenging work positions. The extensive adjustment of the suspension ensures good compatibility with hearing protection. The chin area features an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, and washable cover that offers exceptional comfort and prevents skin irritation. The adjustable design conforms to different head shapes, allowing the headband to fit perfectly around the neck area. The chin strap has a Ring To Hook loop that allows the helmet to be secured to work clothing or gear bags when not in use. The pads are made of DRY+ material, treated with antibacterial silver ions to keep the helmet fresher. It effectively wicks moisture away, providing comfort throughout the workday, and dries exceptionally quickly. The orange buckle color of the chin strap indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following testing methods: Mandatory requirements of standard EN 397: 5.1.1. Impact attenuation for a falling single object (5 kg from 1 m height) 5.1.2. Penetration of a single object into the helmet 5.1.3. Flammability 5.1.4.
