Details
High-quality closed helmet with a very spacious design and a specially long multi-point harness. This model offers excellent fit, protection, durability, and easy add-on compatibility. It can be easily adjusted with one hand. The padding features a quickly clickable Click-In structure, making hygiene maintenance and helmet upkeep cost-effective.

This MAX version is designed for users with above-average head sizes and those who prefer thicker winter headwear or helmet hoods. Suitable for head circumferences of 60-66 cm, with adjustable sizing additionally for height and the angle of the neck area (for comparison, the regular Zenith X fits 52-63 cm).

Designed for industrial, construction, electrical work, rescue use, etc.

Multiple types of eye and face protection can be attached to the helmet quickly, thanks to the EasyClick quick attachment system. A slot is available for attaching a name tag or headlamp without a strap. Integrated easy-to-use side clips for attaching a headlamp with a headband. Back clips with additional grooves for carrying earplugs with a cord easily at hand and ready for use. There are notches on the sides for cup ear protectors. Inside at the back, mounting points for various neck protectors, with a pre-installed mark sticker for the user’s name and phone number on the outside.

The outer shell is made of HD Polypropylene, making it lightweight and excellent in impact resistance, particularly at lower temperatures. The shell is more durable than conventional materials and easier to clean. Inside, the EPS honeycomb structure protects the head with D-Core double material technology: high-density upper part protects against threats from above. Low-density material on the bottom side against the head provides comprehensive protection from threats coming from other directions. Such a level of protection cannot be achieved, for example, with strap-based helmets. Minimizing contact points on the head and air channels between the honeycomb and shell enhance comfort.

The harness keeps the helmet secure even in difficult working positions. The broad adjustments of the harness ensure good compatibility with hearing protection. An eco-leather, hypoallergenic, and washable cover in the chin area offers exceptional comfort and prevents skin irritation. An adjustable fit conforms to the head shape, so the headband fits perfectly against the back of the head. The chin strap features a Ring To Hook loop, allowing the helmet to be attached to work clothing or a gear backpack when not in use. The padding is made of DRY+ material, treated with antibacterial silver ions to keep the helmet fresher. It effectively transfers moisture, providing comfort throughout the workday, and dries extremely quickly.

The orange color of the chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested for head protection according to the following test methods:
EN 397 standard mandatory requirements:
5.1.1 Impact absorption from a falling single object (5 kg from 1 m height)
5.1.2 Protection against penetration from a single object
5.1.3 Flame resistance

5.2.3 Protection against electric shock (accidental brief contact with live conductors at 440 V A.C.)
5.2.4 Protection against lateral compression
5.2.5 Protection against molten metal splashes

Additionally, meets the mandatory requirements of the EN 50365 standard:
Suitable for live work according to EN 50365 class 0 standard (1000 V A.C, 1500 V D.C)

4.2.1.3 Impact from the sides (5 kg from 0.5 m distance)
4.2.1.4 Impact from the back (5 kg from 0.5 m distance)
4.2.2 Protection against penetration from multiple objects (3 kg sharp weight 1 m from height x2)

All Kask helmets also protect against brain injuries caused by rotational impacts following the Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on the ECE 22.06 standard. Helmets are tested from various angles for impacts. Kask has established an accepted/rejected criterion based on the general BrIC - Brain Injury Criterion value. The risk of brain injuries increases when the "brick" value exceeds the threshold of 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrlC value below 0.39.
