This MAX version is designed for users with an above-average head size, as well as users who wish to wear thicker winter headgear or helmet hoods. Suitable for head circumference of 60-66 cm, with adjustability in height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air fits 52-63 cm). Designed for industry, construction, rescue services, etc. It is suitable for work that may raise the heart rate where warmth can be an issue. Various eye and face protection accessories can be attached to the helmet quickly thanks to the EasyClick rapid attachment features. There is a fitting slot for nametags or headlamps without the need for a strap. Side-integrated easy-to-use brackets for attaching headlamps via headbands. At the rear are additional slots for earplugs equipped with cords for easy access and readiness. Side notches for cup-style earmuffs. Inside the back are attachment points for various neck protectors, with an already installed label for the user's name and phone number. The outer shell is made of HD Polypropylene, making it lightweight while excelling in impact absorption—especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more durable than conventional materials and easier to clean. The internal honeycomb structure is made from Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD Polystyrene manufactured from chemically recycled plastic waste. This reduces the carbon footprint by about 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. It offers a high protection level with better impact absorption properties than harness-structured helmets. The interior structure protects the head with D-Core dual-material technology: A high-density upper section shields against risks from above, while a low-density material in the lower area against the head provides comprehensive protection from other directions. A comparable level of protection cannot be achieved with harness-structured helmets. Minimizing contact areas with the head, and having ventilation channels between the core and shell improves wearing comfort. The harness keeps the helmet securely on the head, even in challenging work positions. With extensive adjustments, compatibility with hearing protection is excellent. The chin area features an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, and washable cover that provides exceptional wearing comfort and prevents skin irritation. The adjustment adapts to head shapes, ensuring a perfect fit around the neck. The chin strap includes a Ring To Hook loop, allowing the helmet to be attached to work clothing or a gear backpack when not in use. The padding is made from DRY+ material, featuring an antibacterial silver ion treatment to keep the helmet fresher. It effectively wicks moisture away, ensuring comfort throughout the workday and dries very quickly. The orange color of the chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested for head protection according to the following test methods: Mandatory requirements of EN 397 standard: 5.1.1. Impact absorption from a single falling object (5 kg from 1 m height) 5.1.2. Penetration from a single incoming object 5.1.3. Flame resistance 5.1.4. Helmets are tested for impacts from various angles. Kask has defined acceptance/rejection criteria based on the general BrIC - Brain Injury Criterion value. The risk of concussions increases when the "brick" value exceeds the limit of 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC value of less than 0.39.
