This MAX version is designed for users with larger-than-average head sizes, as well as for those who prefer to wear thicker than normal winter headgear or helmet hoods. Suitable for head circumferences of 60-66 cm, with additional sizing adjustment for height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air is 52-63 cm).

Designed for industry, construction, rescue, etc. Suitable for physically demanding work where it can get warm.

Several different types of eye and face protectors can be attached to the helmet quickly with just a click thanks to EasyClick quick-release fasteners. Integration slot for attaching a name badge or headlamp without a strap. User-friendly clips integrated into the sides for attaching a headlamp with a headband. Additional loop on the rear attachments for conveniently carrying earplugs with a cord for easy access and ready to use. Side notches for cup ear protectors. On the inside of the back, attachment points for various neck protectors, and on the outside, a pre-fitted label with the user's name and telephone number.

The outer shell is made of HD Polypropylene, making it lightweight and showcasing excellent impact resistance properties, especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more durable than conventional materials and easier to clean.

The inner cell structure material is Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD Polystyrene, moulded from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces the carbon footprint by approximately 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Offers a high level of protection, with better impact resistance than strap-based helmets.

The inner structure protects the head with D-Core dual-material technology: the high-density top protects against specific overhead threats. The low-density material at the bottom of the head provides comprehensive protection against threats from other directions. A similar level of protection cannot be achieved with helmets based on strap structures, for example. Minimizing the areas of contact with the head, and air channels between the honeycomb and the shell improve the comfort of use.

The strap system keeps the helmet secure even in difficult working positions. Wide adjustment of the harness allows good compatibility with hearing protectors. Eco-leather, hypoallergenic, and washable protector in the chin area for exceptional comfort and to prevent skin irritation. Adjustable to the shape of the head, allowing the headgear to be perfectly shaped in the neck area to the shape of the head. A Ring To Hook loop on the chin strap allows the helmet to be attached to workwear or a gear bag when not worn. Padding in DRY+ material with antibacterial silver ion treatment to keep the helmet fresher. Effectively wicks away moisture to provide comfort throughout the working day, and dries very quickly.

The orange chinstrap buckle color indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following test methods under EN 397 standard mandatory requirements:
5.1.1 for impact absorption by a single falling object (5 kg at a height of 1 m)
5.1.2 for a single object penetrating the helmet
5.1.3 for flame resistance
5.1.4 for the opening of the chinstrap to remain closed at 15 daN (kg) of buckling and to open at 25 daN (kg) of buckling at the latest

Optional requirements of EN 397:
5.2.1 for cold temperature protection (-30 C)
5.2.4 for protection against lateral splashing (LD)
5.2.5 for protection against molten metal splash (MM)

In addition, protection according to the following test methods of EN 12492:
4.1.4 for ventilation
4.2.1.1 for shock absorption by objects falling from a height of more than one meter (5 kg at a height of 2 m)
4.2.1.2 for impacts from the front (5 kg from a distance of 0.5 m)
4.2.1.3 for lateral impacts (5 kg at a distance of 0.5 m)
4.2.1.4 for rear impacts (5 kg at a distance of 0.5 m)
4.2.2 multiple object penetration of the helmet (3 kg sharp weight at 1 m 2x)

All Kask helmets also provide protection against rotational impact brain injuries according to the Rotational Impact WG11 test methods based on ECE 22.06. The helmets are tested against impacts to the helmet from different angles. Kask has defined a pass/fail criterion based on the BrIC- Brain Injury Criterion. The risk of brain injury increases when the "brick" value exceeds 0.68. A lower number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrIC below 0.39.
