Safety knife Quairie ALD MDP

The Quairie safety knife is designed especially for the food industry. With a knife, you can safely open cardboard packages, cut paper and thick cardboard. A truly ergonomic, light and safe choice. The blade of the knife can be easily changed without tools. The knife is supplied with a stainless round blade. The blade can be installed at different depths, so the cutting depth can be adjusted from 16mm-21mm-29mm.

Food approved EU 11/2011. Plastic parts can be detected with a metal detector. With the magnet detector test card package, you can test the magnet's sensitivity.

The blade retracts automatically when the handle is released. The blade can be locked in with the button on the handle, so that it does not accidentally come out in, for example, a pocket.
