Joint arms are bearing units that contain a spherical bearing. Spherical bearings are self-aligning and can withstand vibrational movements, tilting, and rotational motions. Alignment errors do not affect their performance or lifespan. SKF's spherical bearings are available in many different models and sizes to meet the needs of various conditions and loads for each application.

Joint arms are available in right-handed or left-handed with internal (marked SI) or external thread (marked SA). Left-handed joint arms can be identified by the L marking in the product name.
