Sika® Aktivator-100 is a solvent-based, colorless, clear adhesion promoter that reacts with moisture in the air to form a surface containing active groups. These groups act as links between material surfaces and primers or sealant/adhesive compounds. Sika® Aktivator-100 is used to improve adhesion on material surfaces such as float glass, ceramic-coated glass, cut old polyurethane adhesive surfaces on the frame flange, and painted surfaces.
