Thanks to the dual-action locking lever button, adjusting and locking the blade can be done with one hand while the blade is securely held in place.
The knife has a minimal number of parts, making it easy to open for cleaning and blade replacement.
The blade is made of SK5 carbon steel with a hardness of 60-62 HRC for the teeth.
