Soudaseal 225 LM is a neutral, elastic one-component joint sealant based on hybrid polymer.
Good adhesion to the most common materials in construction. Very easy to apply, can be sprayed out (even at lower temperatures), and can be finished under all temperature conditions. Phthalate-free, EC-1 PLUS ja RTS M1 compliant. Permanently elastic after curing. Virtually odorless. No blistering, even in hot and humid weather. Excellent resistance to UV rays and all-weather influences. Free from solvents, halogens, acids, and isocyanates. Can be painted over with water-based systems
