Tactile warning indicator 35mm

The floor identifier stop 35 mm is part of the tactile guidance system made of stainless steel (with PVD coating) from the FÅLHAGEN series. The product serves as a warning and stopping element, intended to indicate an important point on the walking route, such as a level change, obstacle, or end of the route. The stopping mark is clearly detectable underfoot as well as with a white cane. The tactile embossing creates a recognizable surface that warns the user before a risk point and enhances mobility safety, especially for visually impaired individuals. Stainless steel provides a timeless and neutral appearance as well as high durability in busy public environments. PVD coating is generally used to provide color and improves scratch resistance and wear resistance. The surface of the product has a grooved texture.

The stopping floor identifier mark is used particularly:

- in front of stairs and level changes
- at the edges of platforms and endpoints of walkways
- in connection with elevators and end points of travel direction
- to warn of obstacles or hazard points
- as part of accessibility design in public and commercial spaces

The product complements guiding signage and together with them forms a safe and logical tactile guidance system.

Can be installed on various floor materials, such as: concrete, natural stone, tiles / clinker, wood, plastic, and vinyl floors.

Mounting options depending on the application (the desired mounting method is defined at the time of order):

- adhesive (no holes or screws, drying time, removal may damage the surface)
- screw fastening (Floor identifiers can be pre-drilled at the factory, very sturdy, requires drilling)
- pin fastening (Floor identifiers can be made with pins, making it very quick to install. Requires pre-drilling of the floor)
- tape fastening (Pre-installed 3M tape on the bottom of the identifier. Quick and easy installation. Load capacity limited, not for heavy stress)

During installation, the evenness of the substrate and sufficient fastening strength must be considered, especially in heavily trafficked areas.
