The floor identification marker STOP is a tactile warning and stopping marker that is part of the KÅBO product series' tactile guidance system. The product serves as a warning and stopping element intended to indicate an important point along the route — for example, a change in level, an obstacle, or the end of the route. The stopping floor identification marker is clearly detectable by foot and with the aid of a white cane. The tactile embossing creates a recognizable surface that warns the user before the risk point and enhances mobility safety, especially for visually impaired individuals. The black inner part provides a clear visual contrast against the floor material (especially on light floors) and supports the requirements of accessibility design.

The floor identification marker is used particularly:

- in front of stairs and level changes
- at the edges of platforms and endpoints of pathways
- in connection with elevator and direction termination points
- to warn of obstacles or danger points
- as part of accessibility design in public and commercial spaces
- The product complements guiding signage lists and forms a safe and logical tactile guidance system with them.

The product is made of stainless steel (SST) with a black polyurethane inner part.

Mounting options depend on the application (the desired mounting method is defined at the time of ordering):

- adhesive (no holes or screws, drying time, removal may damage the surface)
- screw mounting (floor markers can be pre-drilled at the factory, very sturdy, requires drilling)
- pin mounting (floor markers can be made with pins, allowing for very quick installation. Requires pre-drilling of the floor)
- tape mounting (pre-installed 3M tape on the bottom of the marker. Quick and easy installation. Load capacity limited, not for heavy stress)
