The FLIR E6 Pro is a high-performance and durable thermal camera for professional use in electrical, industrial, and building technical inspections. It is designed for situations requiring more measurement points, better thermal sensitivity, and a wider temperature range. The camera combines precise thermal imaging, advanced analysis tools, and a modern cloud-based workflow into an efficient comprehensive solution. The 240 × 180 pixel IR resolution (43,200 measurement points) and <0.05°C (50 mK @ 30°C) thermal sensitivity allow for the detection of even subtle temperature differences. This makes the E6 Pro thermal camera an excellent tool for predictive maintenance and technical troubleshooting. The FLIR E6 Pro produces a more detailed thermal image, helping to distinguish smaller components and thermal anomalies from one another. The 33° optics are well-suited for general inspection targets, and the fixed focus makes usage fast and effortless. A spatial resolution (IFOV) of 2.5 mrad supports more accurate measurement of small objects and at longer distances. This is a significant advantage, for example, in electrical cabinets where analyzing individual connections and components requires sufficient measurement accuracy.

The FLIR E6 Pro offers dual-range measurement from -20…+550°C. The wider upper limit allows for working with targets involving higher temperatures, such as:

The measurement accuracy is ±2°C or ±2%. One-touch temperature scale adjustment (1-Touch Level/Span) automatically optimizes the thermal image contrast based on a selected point. The camera includes center spot and area measurements (min/max), isotherms, a Delta T function, and emissivity and reflected temperature adjustments, enabling reliable analysis across different materials. MSX – a clear and informative thermal image: FLIR’s patented MSX technology combines visible light details with the thermal image in real-time. Structures, cables, and components stand out clearly, facilitating fault location and reporting. The 3.5-inch 640 × 480 touchscreen allows for image management, adding notes, and adjusting settings directly in the field.
