HIKMICRO M60 is a high-performance and user-friendly thermal camera featuring a high 640 x 480 IR resolution, a fast 25 Hz frame rate, wide 42° field of view optics, and manual focus.

With top-notch optical performance and usability, it offers versatile measurement features. The SuperIR image enhancement improves the IR resolution of images up to 1280 x 960. Thanks to the manual focus and broad 42° optics, images remain sharp and detailed, making it easy and quick to inspect larger areas.

It is excellently suited for thermal imaging of electrical installations, industrial maintenance, and locating problem areas in buildings. The Wi-Fi connection allows for wireless image transfer to mobile devices and the HIKMICRO Viewer application. With the Hikmicro Analyzer software, you can analyze and create reports quickly and easily.

HIKMICRO SuperScene+ is an advanced AI-driven inspection algorithm that combines image recognition and thermal anomaly analysis. It automatically detects targets and identifies abnormal temperature variations - making inspections of electrical cabinets and circuit boards faster, more accurate, and safer.

Applications:

• Electrical cabinet fuse inspections: AI dual detection: combines image recognition and ΔT algorithms to identify overloaded or degraded fuses based on both absolute temperatures and relative temperature differences.


• Electrical cabinet connection inspections: micro-temperature analysis: identifies temperature differences as small as 0.5 °C due to oxidation or loose connections.


• Circuit board (PCB) inspection: detects over 20 different types of defects (open circuits, short circuits, pinhole defects, copper residues) even on multilayer boards, where traditional methods can miss more than 30% of micro-failures.

Enhanced production verification: pre-built model bases and AI calibration allow batch screening of components (ICs, resistors, capacitors).
