UNIOR Threaded Rod Cutter 586/6.

Cuts cleanly without damaging the threads. Made from forged special tool steel, fully hardened. Replaceable jaws that easily cut threaded rods up to strength class 8.8. The jaws are specially hardened to increase durability. The handles are made of powder-coated steel tubes and feature a plastic cover that enhances user comfort.

The cutters are easy to use, providing a clean cutting finish on threaded rods without damaging the threads. The handle is designed for quick cutting, requiring less force for operation. Jaws fully open. Follow these instructions to ensure proper use.

Note the following when cutting: Open the cutter jaws completely. Place the steel rod securely in the appropriately sized cutting die. The steel rod must be firmly mounted in the cutting die. The cutter handle is pressed to the floor with a foot while cutting. The cutter (code 10650063985) is only for M6, M8, M10 threaded rods. The cutter is not designed for cutting hardened threaded rods or bolts. When the jaws wear out, always replace both cutting jaws. Replace damaged jaws.
