The SKF impact fitting tool set TMFT 36 is designed for the quick and precise installation of bearings, while reducing the risk of bearing damage. With a properly selected impact sleeve and striking disc, the force used during installation is directed onto the bearing ring with the interference fit, reducing the risk of damage to the bearing’s raceways and rolling components. The set includes 36 striking discs, 3 impact sleeves, and a hammer designed to minimize recoil. The TMFT 36 can also be used for installing other components such as seals, bushings, and wheels. The TMFT 36/PRO model features improved durability of the impact sleeves and better fit of the striking discs.
