High-grade stainless steel body: high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance against most chemicals, salts, and acids. Replaceable tips made of 30% carbon fiber reinforced plastic: very good electrical and thermal conductivity, scratch resistance, and wear resistance. The surface resistance of the replaceable tips made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic is 10^2–10^4 ohms and it consistently compensates for potential differences between the user and electronic components. The replaceable tips can withstand continuous use at temperatures up to 130 °C and short-term use at up to 190 °C. The carbon fiber reinforced plastic tips are highly flexible, fatigue resistant, vibration absorbing, and water repellent. The tips are highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals (most oils, lubricants, fuels, and non-polar solvents). The same precision and stability as standard tweezers: the plastic tips feature a play-free 3-point connection (2 fixed points on the arms, one screw), allowing the user to attach them perfectly to the body without play.
