Ultrasonic cleaning is a gentle cleaning method based on the intense cavitation caused by ultrasound. The microscopic cavitation bubbles created on the surface of the object to be cleaned generate powerful pressure shocks that effectively remove all foreign contaminants without damaging the object itself.

Ultrasound effectively removes dirt, grease, and contaminants from areas inaccessible to other cleaning methods, such as drill holes, cavities, and channels. This makes it ideal for almost impossible cleaning locations. Ultrasonic cleaning can be used to clean engine parts, electrical components, diesel injection pumps, motorcycle radiators, hospital equipment, chemical industry equipment, differential gears, motorcycle crankcases, engine cylinder heads, bicycle wheels, guns and their parts. It can also be used to clean all objects made of rubber, glass, metal, ceramics or electronics. However, please check suitability before washing e.g. glasses.

For optimal cleaning results, we recommend using a washing solution specifically designed for this purpose. The liquid can also be plain water with a small amount of Fairy or another suitable detergent. Vinegar, fuel oil, hydraulic oil, solvent-based cleaner, etc. can also be used. The process can be accelerated further by increasing the temperature of the liquid.
