Water cutting
We manufacture 2D waterjet-cut products from materials such as rubber and plastic, either as single pieces or in larger series. Our production includes several pure waterjet cutters and one abrasive cutter, which is used for thicker and harder materials.
Waterjet cutting is suitable for many different materials; it does not damage or alter the properties of the material being cut. The cutting accuracy is 0.1–0.3 mm with pure waterjet cutting and 0.3–0.5 mm with abrasive cutting. The cut surface is clean, so finishing of the cut surface is usually not required. Cutting paths can be created from the customer’s own drawings, e.g. PDF, DWG, DXF, or from a sample piece. If necessary, products can also be laser-marked according to the customer’s specifications.
