UHT-treated milk is heat-treated for two seconds at a minimum temperature of +135°C. Thanks to the heat treatment, the product remains unopened at room temperature for a long time, making it convenient to take along to a cabin, on a boat, or as coffee milk for outings. Valio UHT milks are suitable for a lactose-free diet.
