SKF's CARB Toroidal roller bearings are designed to combine the best features of spherical, cylindrical and needle bearings. They accommodate angular misalignment and axial displacement while maintaining a compact needle bearing-like profile and offering excellent load capacity. This makes them suitable for use as a free bearing in self-aligning bearing systems. Available as both cylindrical and tapered models and with a steel or polyamide cage or as full complement versions.
