The structures consist of hot-dip galvanized steel and fire-protected insulation panels (Class A, non-combustible material). The bases have tested molded collection troughs with galvanized removable grille plates, capable of holding up to 1,000 kg/m². The doors are fire-rated (EI₂ 90-C) and functionality is ensured with closure and locking mechanisms. Additional equipment, such as ventilation, shelves, lighting, and extinguishing systems, can be easily added to the containers as needed. Battery storage units are designed for the legal storage of new, defective, or decommissioned lithium batteries of all sizes. They are versatile for various workplaces and industries. The models provide a safe and approved space that meets strict fire safety and storage requirements. As examined complete systems in accordance with IBS certification, they are approved for 90 minutes of fire protection (REI 90) from both inside and outside. The fire safety containers function as their own fire compartment, allowing for free placement of the containers without safety distances even in indoor spaces. They can be equipped upon order with options such as heating, air conditioning, lighting, and extinguishing systems. These fire safety containers, manufactured in Finland, have been awarded the Key Flag symbol and are fully customizable in size and equipment. Long-term corrosion protection is achieved through the galvanized base material and high-quality 2K painting; the structures are made of hot-dip galvanized base material.
