This MAX version is designed for users with larger-than-average heads, as well as for those who prefer to wear thicker winter headgear or helmet hoods. Suitable for head circumferences of 60-66 cm, with additional sizing adjustment for height and neck angle (for comparison, the standard Zenith X Air is 52-63 cm). Designed for industry, construction, rescue operations, etc. Suitable for high-energy tasks where it can get warm. Various eye and face protectors can be quickly attached to the helmet with just a click, thanks to the EasyClick quick attachment features. Slot for name tags or headlamp attachments without a strap. Integrated easy-to-use side attachments for headlamp mounting with a headband. Additional slots at the rear attachments for carrying corded earplugs easily and keeping them ready for use. Slots on the sides for cup earmuffs. The rear interior has attachment points for different neck protections, and externally, it comes with a pre-installed label for the user’s name and phone number. Outer shell made of HD Polypropylene, making it lightweight and exhibiting excellent shock-absorption properties, especially in colder temperatures. The shell is also more wear-resistant than conventional materials and easier to clean. Interior core material: Neopor Ccycled EPS; expanded HD Polystyrene made from chemically recycled plastic waste. Reduces carbon footprint by about 90% compared to standard Neopor EPS material. Provides a high level of protection and better shock-absorption characteristics than strap-structured helmets. The internal structure protects the head with D-Core dual-material technology: High-density upper part protects against threats from above. Low-density material at the base against the head offers comprehensive protection from other threats. A comparable protection level cannot be achieved with strap-based helmets. Minimizing contact areas on the head and incorporating airflow channels between the core and the shell improve comfort. The harness secures the helmet in place, even in difficult working positions. Due to the wide adjustability of the harness, it offers good compatibility with hearing protection. The chin area features an eco-leather, hypoallergenic, and washable cover that provides exceptional comfort and prevents skin irritation. The adjustable fit conforms to head shapes, ensuring the headband shapes perfectly around the neck area. The chin strap contains a Ring To Hook loop that allows the helmet to be attached to work clothing or gear bags when not being worn. Padding made of DRY+ material with an antibacterial silver ion treatment keeps the helmet fresher. It effectively transfers moisture, providing comfort throughout the workday, and dries very quickly. The orange color of the chin strap buckle indicates that this model has been tested to protect the head according to the following testing standards: Mandatory requirements of the EN 397 standard: 5.1.1. The risk of brain injuries increases when the "brick" value exceeds 0.68. A smaller number corresponds to a lower risk of injury. All Kask helmets have a BrlC value of less than 0.39.
